It is recommended for out-of-town attendees to plan their travel well in advance to take advantage of good airfare and/or bus rates.
– All travelers from USA and other countries require a valid passport to enter Canada.
– Be sure to confirm air and hotel arrangements at least 24 hours in advance of departure.
– As a reminder, never leave your wallet and passport unattended while traveling, and have Xerox copies of all identification and credit cards in case of theft of originals.
Ground Transportation from the Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport:
The Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport is 30 minutes away from downtown Montreal by rental car, shuttle or taxi.
Taxis are available at approximately $40 CAD.
For shuttle service, the Express Bus 747 is available. One-way fares are $7 CAD and two-way fares are $14 CAD (coins only, no bills). This bus is in service 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Tickets can be purchased at the Airport or directly from the driver. Reservations are not required. Please ask bus driver to drop you off at the Peel stop which is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute taxi ride to the Hotel Le Cantlie Suites.

Via Rail Canada
VIA operates up to 497 trains weekly on 12,500 kilometers of track, and serves 450 communities across the country, from coast to coast and north to Hudson Bay.
